About Rebecca

Rebecca is a Philadelphia native and diehard Eagles fan. She moved to Baltimore for college at Towson University in 2004 for her Bachelors in Psychology and then attended The George Washington University for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2011. Upon completion of her Masters Degree, Rebecca pursued Post Graduate work at INOVA Comprehensive Addiction Treatment Services in Fairfax, Virginia working with outpatient adults with substance abuse. Rebecca led Intensive Outpatient Groups, Relapse Prevention Groups and provided individualized assessments and therapy sessions for people recovering from addictions. Upon receiving her License in the state of Virginia, Rebecca moved back up to Baltimore with her future husband to start her private practice journey. From 2014 through 2019 she worked simultaneously at two different group private practices before branching out on her own in 2019 to open her own practice. Currently, she owns her own private practice, Rebecca H Radcliffe Counseling, and also works part time as a Perinatal Mental Health Therapist at The Womb Room in Baltimore. Since COVID, Rebecca has been primarily working out of her home conducting Telepsych therapy services via Zoom.

Rebecca and her husband of 12 years just welcomed their first child in February 2022 through In Vitro Fertilization. In addition to their infant daughter, Rebecca and her husband are proud parents to three cats. In her free time, she is passionate about working out, Orange Theory and practicing Yoga. She loves to hike, travel, dine at different restaurants and explore new places with friends and family.

Rebecca utilizes a holistic, mind body and neuroscience based approach to therapy, identifying that physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social health are all connected and equally as important. Rebecca utilizesan eclectic approach and offers mindfulness meditations, Trauma informed yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, Brainspotting, Reiki and the incorporation of crystals and essential oils in conjunction with traditional CBT/DBT talk therapy. Rebecca allows you to come to session with what is imminently important to you at that moment, placing an emphasis on present problem solving and coping skills, while alsoleaving room to explore past traumas and attachment issues that impact current ability to function. Rebecca encourages frequent check ins to see how the therapy process is going for you, and will collaborate with you to refine personal goals and techniques as needed.
