Individual and Couples Therapist Specializing in Infertility, Perinatal Loss, Birth Trauma & Postpartum Mood Disorders

D885FE00-52B2-4008-94F5-256318A639AF

Rebecca specializes in trauma informed care around issues of infertility, perinatal and postnatal trauma, miscarriage and infant loss, pregnancy related anxiety and mood disorders, post-partum mood disorders, depression, and relationship issues facing couples during the journey to parenthood. Rebecca approaches therapy from a compassionate lens and helps clients learn how to advocate for themselves in the healthcare system. Rebecca also has 11 years of experience working with clients in outpatient and group settings with substance use disorders, post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety/mood disorders.

Rebecca is aware that there is not a ‘one size fits all approach’ to therapy and will tailor her style and interventions to meet your specific needs, comfort levels and spiritual preference. Rebecca encourages a collaborative working relationship between client and therapist, with frequent check ins and reevaluation of goals, techniques and progress. Rebecca places an emphasis on present problem solving and development of healthy coping skills but will also explore past traumas and attachment issues that impact a client’s current ability to function.

For those looking for a deeply meditative and relaxing yoga class with instructive movement, Rebecca leads great classes focused on specific therapy purposes. She’s a great yoga coach that keeps you mindful of your body and informs you what muscles to focus on. Felt empowered and connected with myself by the end of the session.
